These rules are fine, but how do I find a moderator to pm for permission to post an image? And what is the recommended minimum amount to pm them to ensure a favourable response?

THE UPLOADS DIRECTORY IS FULL

Which means nobody can upload files/images/trojans until it gets cleaned out.

I pity the poor fool that has to go though the directory and clean the crap out ..

In the meantime, you can use the [ IMG ] tag to post your images.

Actually you could have all done that from the beginning instead of filling the Chaser server with images of people who have their heads up their own ass.

coming from using a forum which doesn't have any upload allowance at all it doesn't seem that big a deal and it is actually better if you use externally uploaded images as you can use them in order in your posts.

here are some good sites which have free uploads:

www.imageshack.us
image and flash media uploads,
registration service is annoying at first but you get used to it, not needed to upload
Thumbnails are automatically generated.
plugins available for Firefox and Internet Explorer and Windows which allow you to upload with the right click of your mouse.
forum and html codes generated automatically
images must be smaller than 1.5 MB
Terms of Service disallow nudity and there is a "report as offensive" option which will notify admin.

www.photobucket.com
requires initial registration
allows for videos, photos and flash media uploads
gallerys are neat
forum and html code generated automatically
1GB free storage, 10GB bandwidth
Terms of Service that disallow nudity

There is also Flickr however that is more a photography hosting site than an image hosting site and does not generate codes or make them readily available.

for file hosting a service of google called google pages which is currently only offered to users of G mail allows for a free website and 1GB storage of any file you want.

we also created a communal chaser photobucket.

if anyone wants userid/password details to use it, PM me. i'm not posting it in here because some knob will change the password and make it redundant. but anyway. there you go.

My 11 year old created an image only a mother could be proud of...
It was Jesus on the cross, with Jesus' head stuck to it.

:-) He has made it my screen saver in fact, much to his Howard loving Bush flogging  fathers horror!!!

Thats mi boy~!:-)

Ok, I haven't made a big deal of it, but I know!!:-)

I could up-load this, if you liked:-)

I reckon he did better than me, and never will I remove it!!
